I am so impressed with this company. I have tried many others in the past that where just, OK? These guys were experts in pest control. Most importantly very good about making sure my pets were safe and not exposed to any harmful chemicals. I have and will continue to recommend them.

These guys are super knowledgeable, professional, fast and friendly. Even if you have to leave a message, your phone call is returned within a few minutes. And, Repsie schedules the appts right away. The guys come out in a marked truck and uniforms, so you know who they are. They return quickly, no questions asked, if the bugs move to another location. We will always carry our pest control contract with Chapparal and will continue recommend them to our friends and family!

Needed to address a swarm of termites my wife found. Located where they were and decided to address the issue professionally. Of the 4 vendors I called, Chaparral Pest Control had the best price and scheduling. Their technician showed up on time, completed the treatment, and provided some suggestions to help keep us bug free. They also treated the exterior for ants (I saw a few and decided to treat for them). I've referred them to a few friends and everyone that used them have been very pleased. Need pest control? Call them, they're great.

These guys are the best! I received a referral from my real estate agent. We moved into an existing home in Frisco and setup baseline and regular pest control services with Chaparral. They are thorough and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
